[Bug 159817] Missing Russian translation for some kcontrol items

Binary package hint: kcontrol

I install Kubuntu 7.10 from scratch with Russian as system language.
Open "K" menu and see some menu items in English (Desktop Settings,
Add/Remove program). Then I open kcontrol - some items be in English.

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
