[Bug 151934] laptop function keys for hibernation, video output, brightness broken

This bug affects Kubuntu.
Regression from Feisty to Gutsy BETA:
on Panasonic CF-W2 the function key Fn-F3 (which is supposed to change the video output) switches the screen off and freezes the computer (does not respond to any keys).

Brightness keys (which worked fine in Feisty) do not work.

Hibernation and suspend keys (which did not work in Feisty) still do not
work.
