[Bug 108365] Re: Kubuntu upgrade tool (to 7.04 from 6.10) crashed

reassigning package to adept following advice in #ubuntu-bugs. Also, the
log files from the upgrade would be a big help if anyone has them, it's
hard to do anything about this issue without more information.
