[Bug 112957] wrong behaviour for "separate screen focus" in kwinfocus

kwinfocus control module

Option "separate screen focus" works backwards. Disabling the dialog
checkbox enables the option, while enabling it disables the option.

Steps:
- open kwinfocus control module (kcmshell kwinfocus)
- tick "separate screen focus"
- click "apply"
- press alt+tab
- only windows from the active Xinerama screen are shown
- un-tick "separate screen focus"
- click "apply"
- press alt+tab
- windows from all Xinerama screens are shown
