[Bug 98799] Ark doesn't remember file association

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ark

1) I open a zip containing foo.xml, using ark
2) I click on foo.xml
3) foo.xml opens in what appears to be a stripped down Konqueror
4) I right click on foo.xml and choose open with
5) I select "KXML Editor" from the dialog
6) I choose "Remember application association..."
7) I click OK
8) An "updating system" dialog with a progress bar pops up
9) foo.xml opens in KXML Editor
10) Back in ark, I click on foo.xml
11) Go to #3, ad infinitum

         Status: Unconfirmed
