[Bug 95521] kasbar panel doesn't work properly

Since last upgrade of kde my kasbar doesn't work properly. i mean there
are various graphics problems. The load meter doesn't show at the top.
Furthermore, grpahics of various icons get overlapped in the various
kasbar boxes.
