[Bug 93878] The "up" and "down" buttons in the DNS configuration have very low quality icons

In Kubuntu Feisty Herd 5:

KMenu > System Settings > Network Settings > Domain Name System

Go to administrator mode.

To the right of the DNS servers list you will find that the up and down
buttons have icons of very low quality!

Please fix this before Feisty is released. The other graphics effects in
Feisty are all so nice -- this may spoil the effect!
