[Bug 92526] KOrganizer Calendar - event notification greys out Email option

KOrganizer Calendar allows one to create an event and add email
addresses of those involved in the event.  It also allows for
notifications, such as an action, a sound, or a popup.  There is an
option for sending an email to the addresses listed in this event, but
in Dapper it is greyed out.  I would really like this functionality for
my work environment!

I don't know the status of this in my home Edgy installation.
