Upgraded here to feisty meanwhile. It still happens here too.
Setting to Confirmed.

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: ksysguard

- In edgy and in dapper when I suspend to disk and resume
+ When I suspend to disk and resume
  ksysguardapplet loses connection to eth0.

  No information about data traffic is shown any more in my signal plotter
  and there is something like a little icon displayed in there when this occoures.
  Other signal plotters like CPU or disk work normal.

  I have to restart kicker to get it to work again (using dcop),
  but that kills all 'systray'-icons that belong to gnome-apps
  like thunderbird-mail-notifier, update-notifier and other.

** Tags added: dapper edgy feisty hibernate hibernating swsusp

** Changed in: kdebase (Ubuntu)
       Status: Unconfirmed => Confirmed
