I have recently upgraded to kde 3.5.6, and I'm now unsure about this problem 
in KDE 3.5.6...

In KDE 3.5.6 it works properly at least on the major cases...but I think 
that I have experienced this strange behaviour sometimes...I'm not really 
sure, so this is only a comment suggesting you to review the code, and to 
take into account if other users are experiencing the same bug...

Anyway, I think that there are some things of the Kubuntu "system 
preferences" tool that need to be improved (responsiveness is not 100% 
polished, SAMBA configuration modules are really frustating....), but 
understanding that KDE4 will come soon and many modules will need a 
redesign, or simply they will be replaced...

Only take into account this bug in KDE 3.5.6 if you know about other users 
having the same problem...ok?
