[Bug 90893] ktorrent crashes when unable to create local torrent file

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ktorrent

Ktorrent flashed a message saying it could not create the file it was
attempting to download. It then immediately crashed. I think the problem
is due to Ktorrent not being able access a location it has been
previously told to download to.

Opening Ktorrent independently of starting a torrent download and
changing the download location seems to fix the problem.
