[Bug 90231] knetworkmanager gets reset every reboot

Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

I am running the current fiesty and for some reason whenever I shutdown
my computer I lose the configuration of knetworkmanager.  After i log in
it will try to connect but gets stuck in the process. (also I have not
found a way to reconfigure other then by deleting the knetworkmanagerrc)
In order to get it working again I have to remove the rc file. Also this
is a configuration of WEP Enterprise.
