[Bug 89128] Disk & filesystems (mountconfig) mix hdc with others

Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

At first mountconfig was mixing my Burner device and floppy device.
Now it is mixing my Burner (hdc) with /proc.
When mixing with floppy, it was aware that the name of device was hdc.

I'll attached my fstab, and a screenshot.
