I personally don't think it is serious, but it is something that would
be nice. I use the icon 'folder-man' for my Documents folder I created,
it is a blue open folder with white "paper" in it and it fits nicely in
the way I have my folders set up, my photo folder for example is the
blue icon with the camera. A doc icon specific to documents (a file
cabinet or something?) might be nice, but I don't think this is a bug
per se as the icon set looks pretty much like a stock KDE icon set
