[Bug 88996] kopete does not connect to IM servers

Kopete is automatically launched at login time in KDE.
>From time to time kopete does not connect to IM servers at login. Moreover clicking on every menu entry saying "connect" has no effect:
- from the systray icon/menu/"set state"/connected
- from the main window/"set state" icon/connected
- from the main window/"File" menu/"set state"/connected

Kopete does not connect to any server, even if asked individually (in my
case: icq/jabber/msn).

The only thing that works is to quit and restart kopete.
