[Bug 122491] kpdf fails to open certain password prottected files

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kpdf

KPDF doesn't ask for password while opening some password protected
files (Citibank statements) and fails to open the file also. Evince also
has identical problem in opening these files. Acrobat Reader can open
these files without any problem.
