[Bug 122053] konqueror doesn't check destination free space before starting directory move

Binary package hint: konqueror

When I move a folder that contains 300MBs of files to a partition with
only 150MB free space, Konqueror will move the first 150MBs and then
complain, leaving me with the folder split into two places. It should
check for free space before beginning the operation, and give the user
the option and/or refuse to copy for lack of free space.
