[Bug 122032] GG Kubuntu Adept breaks itself after initial update.

Binary package hint: adept-manager

After initial GG Kubuntu installation, reboot. Before manually using any
service, select the "Update" icon from the system tray. Go through Adept
update as usual. Again without manually using any programs or services,
reboot.

Upon getting to the desktop again, clicking on either "Add/Remove" or
"Adept" will bring the message that it is broken. It recommends you try
update from the terminal. Upon completion, Adept and Add/Remove still
broken.

This bug does not stop usage of any programs or the system, but will
make it nearly impossible for anyone not savvy with the Konsole to
update or install new software.
