[Bug 121980] Gutsy: k3b hangs at 'Verifying written data'

Started a new data CD project and filled the project with assorted
files. Selected burn and set the burn speed to 6X. k3b sets this back to
4X which is bug 31768 but that's another story. The disc is burned
successfully and the CD tray ejects. The k3b dialog is then displaying
'Verifying written data' (see screenshot) and sits there at 50% complete
indefinitely. Debugging output also attached but I can't see anything
obviously wrong.
