[Bug 115741] Kde Desktop configure behaviour tab does not work

I was able to reproduce this bug exactly in the way tou have explained. I'm
in Feisty and the change doesn't applies even if I refresh the Desktop. The
change applies if I restart my session (without restarting the computer).
