[Bug 120944] Transparency in Konsole isn't fluent

Public bug reported:

I have no problem activating transparency in Konsole.
However, when I move the window on the Desktop, the image displayed in Konsole doesn't change until I stop moving the mouse for a couple of seconds.
I saw this bug on Edgy, Feisty and Gutsy.
