[Bug 120075] playlists are not shown in the playlist section

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: amarok

steps to reproduce:
- add some songs from the collection to the playlist and press the save button
- enter a name and save
- the playlist is now listed under the section playlists
- quit amarok
- start amarok
- the playlist does not appear in the playlist section

further information:
- The playlists are correctly saved in ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/playlists
- Playlists that are in the directories to be scanned won't show, too
