[Bug 119733] Usability Bug: Unclear priority between user's and automaticaly-managed downloads/uploads

Binary package hint: ktorrent

The queue manager allways displays user's downloads above the ones that
have automaticaly managed priorities. It is unclear if the user's
downloads/uploads have bigger or lower priority than the ones which are
automaticaly managed.

Violated Nielsen's heuristics on GUI evaluation:

#  Constancy and standards - Do similar acts perform the same? 
#  Match between system and real world - Is the "language" used by the gui simple and familiar to the user? 
#  Help and documentation - Is information provided that is easily searched?
