[Bug 61141] Re: kppp-options is not modificable with root privileges

In order to edit anything in /etc/* you need to have root access (i.e.
using sudo at the console, or kdesu for GUI apps).

I am going to close this report due to inactivity and the issue not
really a bug, but just incorrect use of the configurations. If you feel
this is still an issue, I urge you to reopen this report. Thanks.
