Have you tried upping the amount of time your checks occur? I have mine
set at 15 minutes and I get all of my emails, never receive any late
unless GMail flags them as spam and I have to un-spam them.

Which release are you using (ie, Edgy, Feisty)?
Which KDE release are you using (ie, 3.5.6, 3.5.7)?

If you are using Feisty with 3.5.6, you may want to upgrade to 3.5.7 by
