I believe this is the same as some other bugs that are reported
concerning GnuPG and KMail. Are you still experiencing this? If so, can
your provide further information possibly (ie, running gnupg-agent)? Do
not be surprised if this gets merged in with the other GPG reports. It
doesn't mean yours is closed, but it will be grouped so gathering all of
the required information is easy. Thanks
