Remade it on the new source (previous was from Feisty or somewhat), but
I can confirm your problem.

 | cp: ha fallat stat() sobre
«debian/tmp//debian/patches/qt4-designer.desktop»: No such file or
directory

I'll continue looking at it tomorrow. Perhaps moving the `cp' operations
from debian/*.install to debian/rules.
