[Bug 118474] Adept should allow to ignore updates

Binary package hint: adept

Adept doesn't provide functionality to avoid an specific package from
being upgraded, this action is supported for example in Synaptic. It
would be a useful feature because adept_notifier keeps notifying about
updates the user doesn't want to apply, which is quite annoying.
