I'm not entirely sure if this should be marked Invalid. When the language 
setting is set during installation, it should also install the required 
language pack for this. Perhaps we should stick with the current method for 
post-install, however it may be a good idea to alter how installation works 
so that we don't have users who wish to use Norwegian or another language 
left in the dark.
