[Bug 128863] [WISH] Merge patch for LUKS support from SuSE

According to http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113629 SuSE has added a
patch so that LUKS volume can be mounted through the GUI:

that the bug seems to change unrelated things, the important bit is at
the bottom).

I'd like it very much if that could make it into Gutsy, as Gnome has had
LUKS support for a while now...
