[Bug 127916] DVB-S: Unable to search for channels

Public bug reported:

I just installed Kaffeine to tests it's DVB-S-capabilities. However, I
was not even able to search for channels:

Not able to lock to the signal on the given frequency

There was no other program occupying the DVB adapter. Using VLC Media
Player, it is possible to watch TV without any problem.
