Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: amarok

I am currently using Amarok 1.4.6 with KDE 3.5.7 on Kubuntu Feisty 7.04 and I've come across a bug.
Last night I was busy adding new songs to my library and then retagging them and then renaming.
The problem is, for example, that if the album name from a song is "test", and I rename it to "Test", or even "Blabla", the old "test" tag is remembered while renaming.
It seems that Amarok remembers the last Album tag I used and doesn't update when I rename something. It only occurs with Album, not with track, name, artist or any other.
Updating the collection does not help correct the problem, rescanning does the trick.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Add a few mp3's to Amarok's collection by copying them into an folder watched by amarok; At the next auto-update, Amarok sees the new mp3's and they appear in the context browser
2) Add the new mp3's to the playlist (by dragging them from the context browser to the playlist, or in Konqueror by selecting them, right-clicking and then Actions>Amarok>Append to playlist
3) Change the tags of the songs in the playlist, for example: alter the album name "blaat" to "test". Amarok alters the tags and the new tags appear in the playlist. So far so good, but the problem is that the context-browser still shows the old album name. When organising the file with Amarok, it renames the files according to the old album name.

** Affects: amarok (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
