[Bug 127099] konqueror doesn't recognise the .phtml file extension out of the box

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

Out of the box, konqueror doesn't now what to do with the .phtml
extension. You have to edit the options yourself to get it to load such
a page.
