[Bug 125942] Kaffeine DVB-plugin does not follow localization settings

Binary package hint: kaffeine

My localized time-format is not used in the DVB plug-in for Kaffeine.
Here in Sweden we use 24-hours clock and in the program schedule I have
the PM/AM system which is quite annoying since I am not used to it.

In my other installation (Gentoo) this works just fine.

This problem is found in my  Kubuntu 7.04 installation and I do regular
updates.
