Hi! I am an Ubuntu bug triager trying to make sure the bug is complete enough to have an idea what's going wrong.
This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. I have classified this bug as a bug in kdebase (source package of konqueror among many others).

If you uninstall ntfs-3g, can you see the files in Konqueror? (As far as
I know, you should be able to read but not to write files on an NTFS
partition).
