[Bug 82036] No weather applet in Kubuntu 7.04

Public bug reported:

Kubuntu 7.04, herd 2. Last version of KDE (3.5.6). I've tried to add
weather applet to the panel, but there is no one. Neither is it in
Kontact, in Summary view. I don't know, is it Kubuntu or KDE problem,
but I think it should be fixed.
