[Bug 79457] kopete history plugin is enabled but nonfunctional

Binary package hint: kopete

Kopete in Kubuntu seems to ship with the history plugin enabled by
default. This plugin however, is checked in the configure plugin boxes,
but doesn't work. In order to properly enable it, it must be unchecked
and the settings applied, then reactivated.
