[Bug 78640] kdesu does not respect NOPASSWD from sudoers

How to reproduce:
Via visudo add line on the end of sudoers:
username ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/whateverXapp

Open terminal and run sudo /usr/sbin/whateverXapp
It will work without asking password. 
Same thing with kdesu asks for password.
