[Bug 78526] KTNEF not added to K Menu when installed

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdepim

When ktnef is installed it is not added to the K Menu.  This is true for
both Dapper (upgraded successively from 3.5.2) and Edgy (fresh install
with 3.5.5).

The work around is simple enough if you know how to do it:

right click on K Menu -> Menu Editor -> right click on Internet (or
wherever you want to put it) ->New Item -> Then fill in the form:

Name: Ktnef
Click on the icon to select the Ktnef icon (it should be there)
Command: /usr/bin/ktnef

If someone can point me at the right place in the KDE or Kubuntu
documentation to figure out how to add this to the package, I may be
able to provide a patch.
