there was no change after reinstalling it. - I even went so far to
delete the configuration but nothing happened.

but i found that if i start amarok before Iactivate beryl the systray
icon is often at the wrong place too. And if I then start Beryl the icon
has a own window with minimize and close buton as you can see in the
screenshot i posted.

after restarting it with beryl runnin everything works as it should.
