I found this bug in Kubuntu 6.06. On Kubuntu 6.06, the media didn't get mounted on boot. At the moment I use Edgy, and with Edgy this bug doesn't occur. -- KDE Storage Media panel-applet doesn't show media on startup https://launchpad.net/bugs/53174
