[Bug 88079] Kleopatra fails to load

Binary package hint: kleopatra

Running Kleopatra on up-to-date Feisty results in a dialog box popping
up that says:

The crypto plugin could not be initialised. (note: I use EN-GB localization)
Certificate Manager will terminate now.

The process is then terminated.
