[Bug 86065] Re: setxkbmap has no effect on KDE applications

Confirmed on Feisty with latest updates.  It worked fine 3 days ago.

I'm guessing that this is a problem with kxkb, so assigning with
kdebase.  Would be useful to know if anybody on GNOME has this problem.
