[Bug 85812] Loading kdm is b0rked by none-existent file, post Dapper-->Feisty upgrade

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdm

kdm was unable to find the file, '/etc/X11/xserver/SecurityProfile'
which, by the way, is non-existent even in Dapper.  The result is that
KDE will not load... and 'startx' is ineffectual, as well.

As per instructions, I invoked 'apt-get dist-upgrade' two times.
