I am unable to confirm this with Feisty up to date.

I have looked through the settings to see if there was anything that
would cause such an issue, especially concerning "web behavior" and
"file associations".

Have you done anything recently that started causing this issue, or has
been present since day one with Feisty? Sorry if it seems like I am
shooting at stars :)
