[Bug 67949] no "Preferred Applications" in "K-Menu->System Settings->User Account"

Hi,

I could not find "Preferred Applications" as refer in the documentation
(http://doc.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/desktopguide/C/internet.html) in
"K-Menu->System Settings->User Account", I would like to select
mozilla-thunderbird as my default email client.

I have Kubuntu 6.06-1 with the lastest updates (done with Kadept)
