Public bug reported:
I've enabled NTFS partitions in System Settings/Advanced/Disk & File
Systems. All working well, and I've got access to them. After rebooting
and first logon to KDE, these partitions mounted automaticaly as I
expected, but after logof and then logon they become disabled.
This bug can be easily recreated, just repeat steps above.
** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: Unconfirmed
