[Bug 73025] switch user in the KDE menu shows logged out users

Public bug reported:

After logging out from terminal session (CTRL+ALT+F*) I still see that I
can switch to that terminal as that user. The problem is only in the KDE
menu, logging out is correct (the only process on that tty is getty).
