[Bug 83277] konqueror view modes are not configurable within UI

Binary package hint: konqueror

Let's say I'm browing music in "info list view". Konqueror helpfully
provides me with a ton of metadata about the mp3s, including album name,
artist, length, etc. Let's say "length" is the most important column to
me, so I drag it all the way to the left. Now, I close konqueror, reopen
it, and go back to the folder of mp3s...the "length" column is now back
where it was originally...in other words, the change I made before was
not persisted.
