Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings
Trying to change the network settings, but the apply button stays grayed
out.
How to reproduce:
Running systemsettings and clicking on network settings; clicking on administrator mode and inputting password. When in administrator mode i changes some of the settings (like domain name on the third tab), but the apply button stays grayed out!
If you go to some of the other settings (i tried zero-conf) the apply
button works.
Running "sudo systemsettings" so you don't need to go to administrator
mode and the apply-button works as expected also in network settings.
Only noticeable output when running systemsettings in the terminal is:
kdecore (KProcess): WARNING: _attachPty() 12
It appears when clicking changing to administrator mode when in network settings.
Could it be connected to #179495 (similar terminal output).
** Affects: kde-systemsettings (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
